Following the passage of the Education Act 2005, governing bodies are no longer required to hold an annual meeting for parents or produce a governors' annual report to parents. The report has been replaced by the school profile, which is designed for schools to communicate with parents about the school's progress, priorities and performance.
Here are some of our school documents and policies that parents may find particularly interesting. For other information or policies, please contact the school.
Our school is a learning community that encourages our adult population to become involved in progressing their own learning opportunities.
Many of our parents have undertaken NVQ courses in Teaching Assistant and Playwork, and the school has been happy to act as their course placement centre. A number of our parents have now moved on to full and part time employment.
