School Events - A Fishmonger visits Year 5

The visit to school by a fishmonger caused a lot of excitement in Year 5.

Sam, who works in Morrisons supermarket gave a talk on the health benefits of eating fish as well as bringing in a some tasty fish for everyone to try.

It was great fun learning all about the different types of fish including which ones have Omega 3 as part of our Science Unit Keeping Healthy but the best part was watching the teacher gut the fish.
