School Events - Birmingham Catholic Boys 5-a-side Football Tournament

St Thomas More's Year 5 Football Team were runners-up in the Catholic boys 5-a-side Football Team Tournament at Goals Soccer Centre, Perry Barr.

18 Catholic primary schools across Birmingham took part in the competition.

Our team included Aodan, Luke S, Luke P, Rhys, Ethan, Joseph and Robert.

On their way to the final the team beat St Therea's (5-1), St Cuthbert's (3-1), St Margaret and St Mary's (2-1), St Patrick's (3-1) and St John the Baptist's (2-1).

Sadly, in the Final the team played the Holy Name and lost 4-2. But congratulations on them anyway for doing so well!
