Our School Council is here to represent the children in each of our classes. Our role is to express the views of fellow classmates and to discuss ideas that have been raised.
In our school council meetings we discuss ways of making Parkfield School a better place to be. After a school council meeting it is our job to feedback to our class and our teachers.
Sometimes guests are invited to come to our meetings so that they can listen to ideas and suggestions from Parkfield's Pupils.
At Parkfield School, we hope we are helping to develop life skills. We believe that by contributing their views and expressing their feelings, pupils will be able to voice opinions and find solutions to everyday problems as they grow up.

Information from our School Councillors
"Hello, my name is Hamza. I am the Head Councillor. To be the Head of School Council, you need to have all our school key qualities. Being Respectful, tolerant, and co-operative are just some of them. When we have a meeting, we talk about how our school can be improved and any other problems that our classes are worried about. I have recently been elected and I am excited about my new role. I will try my best to do a good job. If you have any suggestions, or questions, tell your class representative, and we will discuss it at the next meeting. Thank you."
"Hello, my name is Mohamed. When I found out I was elected as the Vice Councillor, I was overwhelmed. I will do my best to be a great ambassador. I will co-operate with people and do what's best for the School Council and the school. I will assist Hamza, who is the Head Councillor. I am a great spokesperson that will help me in this job. Thank you."
