Special Event - Year 3 trip to Cadbury World
December 2009
As part of Year 3's history unit we visited Cadbury World in December 2009, where we learnt about the Cadbury family, the history of chocolate, and how it first came to England in the form of hot chocolate. The pupils also got to see how certain bars are made and packaged.
One of the most exciting parts of the tour was getting to write our names in chocolate and enjoy some chocolate treats.
The children thoroughly enjoyed the trip as it gave them the opportunity to support their learning in a fun and visually stimulating way.
