TAP - Teachers and Parents

TAP is a group of parents and teachers working together to raise funds for the school.

We hold various events throughout the year eg. discos, raffles and fetes. Money raised from such events is used for the benefit of the children in our school.

The TAP committee has so far agreed to purchase a new TV and stand.

Following a survey of the children, who requested that we use separate plates and dishes to serve school dinners, TAP have agreed to purchase these together with new tablecloths and a new trolley for the dining room – we hope to make dinner time a more pleasurable experience for all of the children!

Funds raised by TAP are also used to supplement the cost of children's Christmas parties, and to purchase costumes for plays etc. Unlike many other schools, we do not ask directly for contributions to school fund from parents and the money raised by TAP is the school's only source.

Parents and staff already members of TAP would welcome any new members – we are always looking for new ideas for fundraising.
